What are the odds of a vehicle accident resulting in a settlement greater than vehicle liability will cover?

Also the more people that live there the better ride sharing can work for whoever has a vehicle.  

Its up to you the investor to realize this before you invest in these kind of vehicles. 

Can anyone tell me if this is a genuine scam or is this a viable program to use a vehicle to start my Real Estate Investing journey.

Also the opportunity cost of not deploying your capital in an investment vehicle yielding more than 7% is high. 

To throw a wrench into things, if we were talking about real property/structures that were being short term rented, it's possible/likely that your depreciation period would be 39 years, not 27.5.However, a vehicle - which is what an RV is, regardless of how you're using it - is 5 year property.

If that's not an option, I would recommend he look into his state and local municipalities' rules on how to handle abandoned vehicles.

Think of vehicles like the cyber truck where you need to sign up ahead of time to pre-order and so many people want it that the value increases shortly after they are released.
