Then my wife and I rode our bikes to the Phoenix Open golf tournament. 

I also am aware of local events like Clemson Graduation, football games, fishing tournaments etc that drive demand and price for our Lake house.

Maybe BP should do a March Madness style tournament for each forum category.

I was in a hurry to get to my son's Volleyball tournament and wanted to get the post in before the weekend to hopefully get some feedback (which I did!) 

There is great traction in the PS area year round and high demand during the festivals and tennis tournaments.

(golf tournaments, classic car show, a charity, or other Spring time events) I've watched Million Dollar Listing before trying to get ideas, and have seen them do wine and cheese parties, other tie ins with businesses in the neighborhood, etc.. 

The good news is that I've won a lot of money in my poker "career" (mostly in higher-stakes cash games, not tournaments).
