Questions about possible eviction
6 October 2024 | 7 replies
They've mentioned they have asthma and allergies and that's why they're upset about have to live in a place that's being repaired, so I've offered to both hold off on the repairs and reduce rent to make up for the condition of the property, I've offered to have a contractor just rough in the drywall so that the studs aren't visible and to encapsulate everything, even though everything in the cavity was removed during the remediation, but they now aren't responding to my texts whatsoever.

Anyone moving their investments to Bitcoin?
7 October 2024 | 190 replies
@Dan DiFilippo for the sake of the conversation, I can’t wrap my head around crypto being a de facto currency as an ever expanding population needs a money supply to expand somewhat with it, or the ensuing hikes to interest rates caused by more and more people chasing a finite resource would decimate the economy.I freely admit I haven’t researched this enough, but interested to hear thoughts.Full disclosure I don’t have any crypto whatsoever, and think if it becomes as widespread as bullish views want it to be, I could end up accepting rent in BC or sell a property or 2 and convert to BC.

Anyone got a great CPA in OKC...?

For example, while I am a remote provider originally from New Jersey, I find that I can be particularly effective for clients where I'm located here in Oklahoma City because I hold the majority of my investments here and cut my teeth doing my own books and taxes in OKC.
