They likely do not have access to those easier sources of capital though because of their shady business history and practices.Good investors do not need your money or partnership. same s**t to syndicator as well, if they do lot of marketing, run away ..... chase syndicator that doesn't need new investor lol

@Jon Martin You are right , if you don t know how to market a property and get direct reservations you should not attempt to co-host or triple net lease a property.You fail to mention that leases on a property can be as long as 30 years.Long leases are a way to give both property owners and management companies favorable terMs.

I don't want to give too much information as I have a lawsuit against them but avoid Kardia holdings inc, also known as Kardia real estate, Kardia communities and several other names linked to the same board members Christian Hiscock, Carolin Gallardo and Michael T Hamdar in Calgary Alberta, they have taken several investors, employees and property owners for a ride and owe a lot of money, they keep saying money is coming but payment never happens.

What I didn´t understand is that you pay 1 year of insurance in advance, plus 3 months insurance for escrow, plus every month from the first month you will still pay insurance.
