Pretty much the same thing a $20/hr superintendent can do.

Did you plan on having a superintendent in the building, and if so is that included?

My dad is really helpful, he's been a superintendent so he knows a lot about contracting and such (which could be helpful for flipping).

I think you probably need to go to work for a builder as a superintendent or project manager, maybe you already have.

I was soon after promoted to Foreman then to a superintendent, after a few years of doing that i was promoted to a management position.

I have been in the hotel industry for a majority of my career, also worked as a building superintendent for a local construction company for a few years.

As a superintendent for a production and semi custom builder I'm expected to be as organized as possible.
