Though if an individual were paying for her or himself, I’d say go with the home-study version for a fraction of the costs of the live seminar….

I have been studying for my real estate exam, and am excited to pass it in February.

I also treated studying like a full-time job.

You should start creating a pitch deck with a financial analysis / summary and market study to share with people to get them excited about the project.
