Very personable but very stubborn on a number.

I was too stubborn and too lazy to look into them, I had NO idea what I was getting myself into in the long run.I just figured I would pay for college like a normal student and figure it out when i crossed that bridge.

generally a waste of time.. but you can always ask.. lots of work with probably more money owed than what you think. and poor lady is probably more stubborn than you think.. and she will probably call 10 I buy homes for cash people and work the best deal she can.no equity sub too is a terrible play in my mind.. why do it..

In December, we closed on 110 units, a 64 unit foreclosure and are closing on 67 units this Monday.I was stubborn for a while, and learned that I had to reset what the market was giving me.
