@Dan DiCiaulaI've used my oscillating tool to cut of nailing and other flanges to make stock windows fit, used pressure-treated lumber to modify openings, and me and my Great Stuff foam are very tight.The problem is that you're handing off your property to a C-class tenant who is not going to be gentle on the windows.

In reading the OHRC website, it appears the matter appears to still be oscillating and unsettled and, while the "code" does not forbid the use of income and credit information in screening a tenant's ability to pay, it also does not provide concrete guidance and interpretation.

I'm fairly sure given the inversion of the partial differentials between the CPI and Libor rates over odd years we see what the discrepancies between that which the inflationary Markov chain indicates compared to normal stochastic methods used to define the tangential M3 money supply divided across Ricardian land scarcity.
