I had to post NO SWIMMING and NO DIVING signs and put depth markers (4" tall) around the pool (stenciled on the cool deck because there was not enough room to put under the pool coping).

If you stencilled "No trespassing" onto the front door, and then repainted it when it was sold, that might do it.
