Was meeting with one just a few days ago, they were ear-2-ear smiles, things right now are AMAZING for them, not good, not ok, AMAZING. 

Every time I have a vacancy, I always smile at the fact that 9 times out of ten... shoot, 99 times out of 100, it's the woman who makes the phone calls, asks the most questions at showings, handles the paperwork and money...The guy just kinda stands there.Just an observation...I have a vacancy now and it's always a woman that calls.

Seeing the smile on someones face after they receive a gift or something of value is absolutely priceless.Earlier this year, I was fortunate to receive a property from a distressed seller from out state for ZERO dollars.That is correct.
