It doesn't matter the company you work for as long as you are part of the real estate industry. 

If I had the business headquartered at some commercial or industrial space, I could deduct the entire cost of the space. 

Just to name a few: Borrower's Experience FICO Loan Amount Loan Type being sought: Perm (30 yr ams), Bridge (12-36mo I/O), Rehab (12-36mo I/O), Ground Up (12-60mo I/O) Property Type (1-4 unit, 5+ MF, Warehouse/industrial, Hospitality etc)If you have a specific deal in mind, then you can have a lender (or broker) look at it and give you a better idea.

Do you think its helpful & necessary for upskilling teams or is the industry not in need of it?

This is one area where it helps tremendously to have per-existing relationships with people in the industry such as family or friends.

I also completely understand the frustration of navigating through "Joker brokers" and fake lenders who promise more than they can deliver—one of the biggest challenges in the industry today.Regarding your approach to accrual-based repayment options, that’s a huge help for flippers managing tight cash flow, and it's great that you offer that flexibility.

That is going to be the best way to meet others in the industry from that market.
