Being in the industry for over ten years and running over 500 machines myself I can only say they are bad dudes. 

So in my opinion, it teaches me how to use short-term leverage to build an income snowball...then once I get an efficient and ever-increasing machine...I pivot that into getting more long-term assets (using safe, long-term leverage). 

but as this web gets unwound  you have this pretty well dialed in.. there are all your local wholesalers who fed properties into the machine.. plus they bought a bunch of tax stuff or surplus city stuff.. this is the dregs that got picked over that no local investor wants.  

Convert them into income machines!

I've looked at Deal Stream, Prop Stream and Deal Machine.

What you all think when it comes to using deal machine?
