I felt like checking a little bit more so I ran a proper background check on her and was shocked to find that she has multiple felonies including jail time.

Apparently my old property manager didn’t properly disclose because now the tenants are worried about the exterior window frames and want them encapsulated because the paint on them is chipping.

If the borrower legally and properly put it into a trust, it shouldn't be a problem.

You need to have the proper zoning which is hard to get but also the licensing to operate an STR which, without it you will not be able to post on AirBnB and VRBO.

My NW Philadelphia projects which are on the outskirts of Philadelphia (but still city proper) have been my best performers.
