This is a bit disconcerting. I looked at a couple of these domains and they have been seized. I'm trying to find some background data on this story to make sure some dork didn't just make this up.

It would have either been on NBC News or The Nightly Business report because my local news never ever says anything anti-government.Seems to me that stopping foreclosures amounts to illegal seizure of the bank's assets.

It is complete BS and in my opinion a clear violation of a person's 4th amendment rights of unreasonable search and seizure, but I'm not the person who is going to fight that fight in the courts.

The law even restricts the seizure of automobiles and even TV sets.

In most cases, the seizures happen because a landlord refuses to remove the problem tenant after things are on record.

You need to get a judgement for past rent first.. then record the judgement (in Maryland). once you have the judgement you can file to seize assets (bank accounts, physical property etc)I filed for a property seizure on a deadbeat 3 years ago for $190,630 in back rent, court costs, attorney fees, management fees.
