Between 2020 and 2022 they acquired something like $6B worth of real estate, more than tripling their portfolio…it is impossible for all those investments to be purchased at reasonable prices because if they were, competitors would also acquire them.

My friend tells me I should charge 1100 to the new tenant that I’m trying to acquire.

I have never worked with R2R but I am working with about 15 investors who will never work with them again due to their lack of responsibility in reference to builder and property management selection.I price checked them years ago and they WAY over inflated both sales and rental numbers...

Does anyone have any leads or insight on how I might be able to acquire both properties?
