Fromt watching this and other videos of his, I come to the decision to stop this romance with Direct Mail, as well as old school markerting (Driving for Dollars, Door Knocking, paper ads, etc), so that I can try new things (Digital Marketing).Since I am launching my site in 2 days, I want to know if there are any Wholesalers here who have converted to digital marketing?

Long distance RE relationships can be just as arduous if not more that a long distance romance.

Reaon I stopped by was the title and wondering if some romance was building....LOLUnder the circumstance I believe it would be appropriate and good business for a good tenant.

But rather than coming away seeing the "romance" of renovating a pile of junk old house I see it as "wow...that's a lot of work!"...

The just rush rush rush and only try to appeal to the emotional factors, however I am not looking at properties for... ...romance... but for investment purposes only.

I just expect a little romance before I put out. 

You may get a more honest response about their brokerages@Charlie MacPherson said that the brokers or team leaders will try to romance you, which is their job, so be careful with what they promise.Good luck and keep us up to date on your new adventures!
