So to begin I want to say this app, site,forum,podcast is revolutionary.

one part says its only the outside structure and you still have to put in the windows, doors, roof, plumbing, electrical. basically all you have is concrete siding. you still have to frame the inside to install insulation and drywall. i feel its the same concept as container homes, a unique way to build but not necessarily a better revolutionary way. 

None of these things are revolutionary ideas that will allow you to start immediately, but they will lower your risk and help you to be as successful as possible once you get started on a project. 

It's not fancy or revolutionary but it is very effective. 

@Ryan Kelly people would kill to have that Delorean now.What I didn't know was this may also be where they build the autonomous Semi Truck, which will be revolutionary.
