You can clearly see the fruits of your labor are paying off to how dialed in and sold out you are.

So the raw numbers and the sensational headlines about an "exodus from CA" seem to contradict each other.  

It is an awesome platform and has been so fruitful in my journey in real estate and investing.

however I suspect the wines of Ohio are probably sweet wines fruit wines etc .. your not talking about top end cabs and pinot and chard etc..

A Loan Advisor from Vystar Credit Union gave me the following information this morning for undeveloped, raw land in Georgia. 15 year term, 20% down, 9.5%Residential land under 15 acres, no structures.
