Are you willing to collect water, purify it, and then give it to people for free?

I currently have all windows open and air purifying unit(s) stationed throughout the condo.

Asbestos removal is best left to the pros, which will use hazmat suits and "air purifying" respirators.

Regarding your current unit- things to consider R-22 production will be scaled down until in 2020 when it will no longer be produced and all that will be available will be what is reclaimed and re-purified.

I did this, and to date, I have never been reimbursed for a clothes dryer, room purifier, Keurig, barstools, console table, pizza oven, Rowenta and countless smaller items that were broken or missing when I return home.

Buy an ozone machine off amazon, let it run for 24 hours with no one in the unit and see if that fixes the smell.We actually did purchase an air purifier to get rid of the smell.

One thing I did was purchase a medical-grade air purifier to help combat the smells, but it really hasn't seemed to have helped me. 

Aside from the deep cleaning and painting, i read that to really remove the smell you need an air purifier with carbon filter, both of which i dont own as of now.

I would also text or tell the tenant downstairs that air purifiers and box fans are GREAT for noise issues.
