An especially prosperous location might go for (ODI X 3) + land value + inventory. 

have you checked E bay  most guru's stuff gets resold on E bay.

So all it feels like is that I have a puddle in my back yard since I haven’t used it in years  As far monetarily, it hurt my ability to prosper because I took out a loan.  

I’d also suggest cross referencing anything you order from Amazon on eBay and if negotiable try getting it cheaper there.  

You might be able to pick up a used program on Ebay or Craigslist.

That being said I’m Submetering a 5 unit currently and the biggest expense was the actual meters which my electrician directed us to the exact product he wanted and told us to buy it off EBay.

Toward the outskirts of the city is where the more affluent neighborhoods are so investing around Danville could be prosperous. 

Surely there are people prospering during this market cycle.

It’s time to fly and create the prosperity I seek or crash and at least know I took my shot.
