You have an idea that you want to promote.  

Specifically payments to companies linked to promoters to do the work and the rates they charge.

Unfortunately this seems to be the norm with many of the gurus and seminar/webinar promoters. 

While James' mentorship program promotes the success stories of students making substantial income, the reality on the ground tells a different story.

It is a standard conventional loan and was offered as a promotional financing by builder at the rate of 5% for investors. 

It is the same thing as trying to promote a fitness class at a Checkers. 

Because they buy into the dream the guru promotes?

Back about 40 years ago when gurus, mentorship’s, etc. was in its baby stages there was a guy going around being promoted as the epitome of real estate success now intent on “giving back” by sharing his experience and wisdom through high priced seminars, workshops, mentorship’s, “books and tapes”, etc.  

I believe coaching does work, but I also believe that 90% of the coaches are better at marketing / self promotion than they are at doing deals.
