I am pretty sure they give free consultations to explore your financial position and current cashflow, to see how Tardus could be of help to you and if they would be a good fit for achieving your goals.I have been looking at Tardus and one of my primary questions is how they identify "fast burning" vs "Slow burning" fuel.

I do not know how they are handling new customers verse the Midland existing customers.Regarding the customer service it seems the people I dealt with are still employed and only my "personal rep" as it were, was promoted and another took her place.

One of them caused an electrical fire and burned out an outlet.

@Melanie P.Thank you for your response.I agree with you there are a LOT of garbage syndications out there and I know a lot of people that have been burned by them. 

I believe the point of contention with many who were on the OP's case in the older thread was his unwillingness to disclose his role in the promoted projects in his BiggerPockets profile.

Aside from this forum and the events promoted here, where else would you recommend looking to find connections or events with experienced flippers in Chicago? 

Promoters of these private equity investments: I more fully understand how the whole promote aspect of these businesses skews the view we get.
