Can anybody recommend good software for budgeting construction projects and creating detailed scopes of work?

I found a brand new project and it's about 1450 SF and it's a modern building with parking with a shared elevator, stairs, and lobby. 

I recommend modeling your family budget for a year and conservstively project project your income, investment growth and expenses conservatively out to at least 80 years old.

If you get into a big project like a 15 unit with NYC construction rates, you may want to make sure you have ample reserves. 

I have some friends (and myself) that lend on these types of projects (private money) in ATL through GAREIA.

Wei credited President Donald Trump for the projects, which will include a new Arizona R&D center — a critical part of the technology supply chain that the company has never moved outside of Taiwan.

7% is probably good for projections, but I would ask whatever bank you're planning to go with where they're at and factor in an extra 0.25% to be safe.

From my experience as an investor, I have first hand knowledge in developing scope of work, project management, contractor relations, and property management.As an investor, I am looking to continue to scale my portfolio in both multifamily and single family.

In practical terms, even if developers have more capital thanks to lower taxes, the increased costs for materials might force them to rethink project feasibility, adjust pricing strategies, or even delay or cancel projects altogether.
