Gambling addiction,drug addiction, seems familiar.

If they were dealing drugs and just got out of prison last week, they pose too much of a risk.

Anyone who pushes back against such law/regulation is probably hiding something, doing drugs or have sexual intercourse there.

They just charge you top prices and then they wanna hire drug addicts to work in your house for 100/day. 

War on drugs, failed.

My experience was ok - one of the tenants was dealing drugs from the apartment.

I have a tenant who I believe to be on some type of heavy drug like herion, or meth ...I recently inspected the property it was full of garbage everywhere some hording, it's just trashed. 

The new owner bought the house after I purchased my land, and he might not be aware of these encroachments.Is there any risk for me, such as the possibility of acquisitive prescription of a part of my real estate after years, especially if (theoretically) the neighbor incurs considerable expenses for e.g. asphalting his driveway? 

It became everything from a drug den to sex trafficking to an illegal auto body shop.

They're like corner boys for the local drug boss.
