The seller sang praises of the tenants and made them look as the coolest thing after sliced bread, and as if God had dropped them from heaven.

I'm a RE accountant, so my reply is based on complaints/praises I hear from my clients.Investors prefer to have one lawyer for everything REI: LLC formation, closings, private money deals, evictions, litigation and whatnot, even though it's often best handled by specialists.Number one complaint is accessibility.

Increase income, build lasting friendships and networks, give back more then you receive, teach others help others give praise to a higher power, love all mankind.   

I’ve been getting mixed signals from different forums to steer clear of Baltimore and others are praising it.

This Quentin Flores guys does not deserve praise. 

He's happy, wealthy, loves his tenants, and will leave a great legacy for his family.Some folks invest a different way, and you never hear high praises for people in your situation, but kudos to you, you are doing great!

He comes with high praise and knows several people in both my personal and professional network but I want to make sure I'm aware of any conflicts of interest this can bring about.

I know I see house hacking praised as a great way to start, I just want to know how you guys navigate these expenses when starting this way with low investment capitol.
