It's like a bad movie filled with conspiracy and ofcourse the code enforcement keeps it to a minimum which is just enough to keep me screwed over but not enough for a red flag.

It's a duplex that I'll be house hacking.Outside of real estate, I enjoy almost ANYTHING outdoors, when indoors I love movies and board games, I'm dedicated to my volunteer ministry, and I've become fluent in Russian (learning Ukrainian).I also run my own SEO, marketing and web design agency, which I am PASSIONATE about! 

I have a presence on youtube as well where I am learning how to make movies.

Mainly being able to cook and clean the kitchen without missing out on the game or movie.

If other newbies are reading this thread they should be aware: nothing will be like in Hollywood movies, business doesn't run like that.
