KISS before you accidently creative finance yourself into the poor house.

You don’t want to put yourself in the poor house over the next 3-5 years on a deal waiting for a payoff 5-10 years down the road.

But still far less than replacement or new construction.. then at the end of the day they hit that 1. 3  ish number .. so pretty good value all around really.skimping or simply covering up poor rehab will lead an out of state investor to the poor house quicker than you can say Money pit.

A lot of properties x 0 = The Poor House.

Dust contaminated with lead could be from poor house upkeep, children toys made in China, exterior emission if the property is located by a highway, or transfer from another owner occupant as in the case of the kid's grandparent house as the story listed in the Toledo Blade newspaper.  

None of this was going to put me in the poor house but I would take care of my mom or brother if they needed it even if it meant some sacrifices.

From my research Savannah is still suffering from a somewhat poor housing market and I feel now is the best time to buy real - estate, since its so affordable.

They can make you a lot of money or put you in the poor house. 

On the one hand I want to see something done about the illegal problem (I live in CA) because it is driving us into the poor house and I don't think that people that break the rules like that should be rewarded in any way, shape, or form.
