I am a self-entrepreneur and know the importance of office space. 

While we have our own programs and products (and even have a FL office in the Sarasota area), we're unfortunately out of capacity in FL by this time in the year.

Its typically triggered by a third party, so until someone wants to complain, there is no ADA compliance police wandering around giving citations.

Their entire business plan is wait a few days to come out, charge  deductible, go back to the office to order a part or two that will come in a day or two.

A full back office. 3 workbooks to use in the 40 hour cI get it just like any non certified or accredited  training.. not saying its bad. but its not a state license so not governed by any state and there is no NMLS registration required..

I would tell the complaining neighbor to talk to the other neighbor directly and/or call the police.

With commercial office space starting to return, I am interested in establishing a syndication group that would be willing to invest capital into commercial office buildings.

I found the key is to go into one of the local Secretary of States offices. 

Dennis' dad and I actually tripped over something similar back in Chandler.. we learned to tap into city planning websites and even call the permit offices directly to get a real sense of their backlogs.

I moved to a new state and was curious to see if I should open a new LLC for a new state and if anyone had reccomendations other than a local attorneys office to create one.
