I wanted to go back and find some of the old pod casts that were from years ago were do you find those.I went to the learn/podcast  but its just the new stuff thank you in advance for your help.

I have religiously listened to the BiggerPockets Pod cast for a long time and even read some of the books.

I have also been told never to allow cash and one of those people was Brandon on the pod cast on in his books as well but there are a couple I am looking at right now and one of those is apartments.com and it seems to be good especially since it is completely free for the landlord and the tenant   

If there is a pile of stuff get a POD or UHAUL container delivered to driveway and let squatter fill it up and move it.

Hi all,Been a BP pod listener for the last few months and am pushing myself to be more active here as well.

Could you offer to have a pod dropped off where the tenant can store their belongings while still having access to them? 

Heated towel racks always go over well.Keurig coffee with coffee pods and condiments.Gift upon arrival.Hope that helps.Mike
