You should also pick a market - I think BP has a tool for that.

I usually use a RE agent for sales, but I'm not sure how to pick one.

I’m definitely looking into areas where it’s always a first pick for expats by default.

And the tenants still lived there, they had just been putting old mattresses, broken furniture, and crud there for years.

The faster you pick it up, the faster money will roll in.
