I strongly disagree with that today using tech to create fake worlds and personas just to try to get business on the basis of a deception.Instead be authentic with all of yourself and put yourself out there.

Of course there is a line that separates legal business from criminal enterprise, but the line is not drawn where you draw it, by alleging and asserting that a businessman must act against his own interests and make idiotic decisions aimed to ruin his own business.All above said, I am not an evil or malicious person. We recently signed a lease with tenants (2 people - Person A & B) where they have 1 renter's insurance.

There will always be more risk with something vacant, you're probably going to be counting on one person as your "eyes" on the project (or at least for "security", overall)- and the more hands on/ closer they live / able to visit site frequently, the better. whether that is your gc, a project or property manager, or your handyman/even yard maintenance guy, neighboring teenager, or whoever- this person is key

I am in Honolulu this week and looked at a foreclosure condo in the towner next to me and HOA is 1300 and the building is working fine..  2 bd 2 ba 1k sq ft nice kitchen and bath just needs carpet and paint opening bid 1.3  persona losing it only had a 750k mortgage the rest is unpaid payments taxs' insurance and HOAs must have lived there 5 years or so making zero payments to anyone.

Anyway, shadow that person as much and as often as you can so that you can learn the ins-and-outs on how to be successful.

We rented one on Lido island last X mas  it was OK.. but being the grand parents we just snag the Master and let everyone else figure it out..
