Anyone that has looked at Zillow's Zestimate can tell you that an algorithm can give you a general idea, but it is just aggregating past data and spitting out a number.

The past tenant was a hoarder and the apartment has not been lived in or touched since 1999 (26 years)!

Price point I'm not sure on yet, I've been slowly learning about all of these terms over the past month.
