Can you share the color palette?

@Demetrius Johnson,I agree-- the color palette doesn't make sense in the front.     

We'll do a kitchen in a light yellow or maybe a blue bedroom, etc.What helps us to make decisions on colors is what paint we found for cheap somewhere that sorta fits our palette...

You might find the best use of your efforts is to make a "soft" standards guide showing the palette you want, but allowing the GC some wiggle room.

I am a realtor so I do put everything on MLS and all other usual outlets (Zillow, Redfin etc) I don’t think my issue is the quality of the work or the design as I use the same crews and the same palettes on the same types of homes I hAve always done.

Minor additions for good value- nice looking LVP - fresh paint in a modern palette - nice tile backsplash in the kitchen won't cost much over some new linoleum counters

What else (floors, backsplash, counters, lighting) is in the color palette? 

Sherwin Williams used to have a paper palette folder that featured multiple combinations of 3 exterior colors that went well together.
