Jasmine Bu Hi! from Kansai, Japan

Managing your own holiday rental is great for experience and getting your feet wet, but as you acquire more properties you might notice it's becomin a full time job which eats away at your precious time (which could be spent hunting and orchestrating the next deal, or just enjoying life ;) - there are plenty of companies in Japan who can do that for you, top to bottom, from advertising through  management and all the way to complete subleasing (meaning, they pay you standard market long term rent or slightly higher, keep the place occupied, renovated and constantly cleaned etc - less yield if occupied all through the year, true, but also zero hassle and hands-on mgmt required).2.

I just sold a SFR rental property for another BP'er who lives out of state - we just went on record at the Registry of Deeds a few minutes ago.I knew that the market was very hot in Quincy, MA where the house was located, so I set the listing up specifically to orchestrate a bidding war, using a combination of timing and strategy.I got about 65 people through a 2-hour open house.

Bill Gulley CRIMEA, what do you think?
20 June 2014 | 3 replies
So, I'm interested in hearing opinions as to how this ends.My bet is that Crimea ends up under the Russian flag, literally or as another behind the "curtain" and independent, but not as part of Ukraine.....my guess. Not a thread about the White House being weak, it isn't, the same issues happened with Eisenhower, almost Carter, Regan and Bush 1 with Hungry. Here, I'm not so sure this wasn't totally orchestrated by Putin from the beginning, the insurrection in the Ukraine for the overthrow, support and coordination.

Not try to down play your project or anything, but a Licensed GC is most likely not going to take on that project due to the narrow scope.I would hire a handyman and pay them well to orchestrate those repairs. You will have a lot more luck.. :)
