These are the three zipcode that I am eyeing on right now : 73128, 73170 and 73135(I think this is near the AFB).  

Given your buy box, keep an eye out for properties with strong rental demand and minimal major repairs.

Check out this recent thread on LLC’s, it’s pretty eye-opening that of all the very experienced investors on here, with centuries of investing experience combined, the consensus was that LLC’s are not needed for most investors:  https://www.biggerpockets.com/forums/926/ Of course gurus will tell you that you need one before you even have a single property, because it makes them sound smart.

Also, make sure to keep your eye out for seller financing opportunities. 

I have my eye on a large single-family residence in Bethlehem, PA, but I have yet to acquire financing.

@Chris Magistrado if she knows what she's doing and consistently keeps a sharp eye on what's going on it's possible.Should have local "inspector" that can verify what's done and how well, before paying contractors.

In the eyes of the law, it's no different than a cane or a wheelchair.Keep in mind, just because the ESA is not considered a pet doesn't mean it gets to run rampant, disturb the neighbors, crap all over the parking lot, or tear up the house.

For those interested, a combination of mortgages with no “due on sale” clause, mortgage companies loose due diligence, and title insurers willingness to “turn a blind eye” to practices that wouldn’t pass scrutiny now, resulted in tactics like the “second mortgage crank” which not only allowed investors to purchase properties with no money out of pocket but allowed investors to actually walk away from closing with “cash in their pocket”.

You wouldn't need to keep an eye on other investments, just focus on the one and maximize your cashflow.If I can make a suggestion though...I might be wrong, but I don't think you started househacking to take the simple route.
