You can surely hire a PM for one property, as long as you feel like the costs associated with it align with your bottom line, and cash flow objectives.

@Matt Weddon, I try not to even think about those types of things UNLESS there is objective documentation or they admit to doing something specific.

We all know about the shiny object syndrome or at least we have heard of it. 

The guy even makes calls to difficult seller's live right infront of you so you can hear what an expert does to overcome objectives..

Can you articulate the risks you believe you will  protect against and more importantly how this Wyoming LLC will aid in your objective?

What you want is an agent with experience who knows how to negotiate, watch your back, navigate difficult situations, understand contracts and law, provides an objective cross-check, etc.

I'm not always opposed to some of these measures, but I am objectively looking at how this will affect investing decisions.I agree, the reclassification of vacation rentals to commercial property is the big issue I'm watching.
