You must have excellent connections, industry knowledge, experience, and project management skills to achieve this outcome for those numbers.

This may be “inflated” (pardon the pun) and the effort has received criticism BUT if they can achieve even a fraction of the $2 trillion they intend to cut it will be enough of a signal.
