The garden unit is non-conforming but fully equipped with 3 bedrooms, a living room, and a full bathroom.

What the Sixers propose is nearly identical to Garden set up.

Our expenses are about $200/mo with a gardener, we manage it ourselves.  

Gardening maintenance is deductible as it’s not an improvement.

We have a king bedroom with a garden view reserved from October 5th to 9th.

Another thing I like to do is go to the Olive Garden or Carrabba's around 2 in the afternoon when they are not very busy and order just a coffee and sit with the contract and read it.
