Theyre trading against us with tens of thousands of dollars in services we pay out and 8 monitors and news feeds of they're exact positions to wipe out, mind you.

@Jorge Caceres I don't normally monitor for open windows but had another tenant mention it after which I did.

I invested with ODC fairly recently for some of the same reasons many others have, Brandon, his positivity, energy and drive to succeed, ability to build a competent team, the network he has built, the communication and the investment structure the sponsors invested in themselves. ultimately, It is STILL our job as investors to monitor our money, ask questions and evaluate the sponsors' thru their reports. 

We still need to monitor PH and it uses salt cartridges that the tub converts into chlorine.

(I almost threw something at my monitor, but took a deep breath and realized my wife would be very upset if I broke another one :)They are not doing anything illegal, they are just CRE Remoras, who exploit less experienced investors, and there are hundreds like them.

This sponsor I will continue to monitor closely. 

You can get something like noiseaware or minut to monitor that if it is an issue.   

I know that I monitor this CT forum since I am from CT and looking to help people be successful in CT.  

I think the 2 biggest hurdles are finding the right team to do the work, given you won't be there to monitor it 1st hand.

I really wish BP does a better job at monitoring scamming post like this.
