One in particular is so overstocked he now has a few of his own stores running just to have a place to put all the merchandise he is accumulating.It reminds me of a year ago when I was working with a few wholesalers with quit claim bulk REO packages.

I did a Google search on him but didn't find anything bad.The reason why I gave home my cc was because I believe him that he could get me homedeopt gift cards at 40% discount and I wanted to buy them from him.He told me that he bought returned merchandise from Walmart and Homedepot by truck loads and he could get homedepot cards and big discount.

There are some in Pennsylvania, but I have not seen a single one that is not (in my opinion) selling super rough merchandise in West Philadelphia. 

If you are referring to local REIA's (in general), you will get all sorts plugging their courses, and merchandise.

He dropped off the merchandise and a collection box in the break room at various employers before 8 AM and returned around the noon hour and collected the day's revenues and leftover bagels.This business provided him with insight into consumers honesty .... they are surprisingly honest.A gumball machine on eBay can range from $40 to over $100 per machine.  

To whom it my concern:I’m interested in networking with individuals that are looking to expand there portfolio's,  I have worked in Government, Private, Merchandising, Construction, Real Estate sectors and have numerous hours and training.

We both gave it a couple of goes we got the web domains and chose our products and all was looking good, but then my mother discovered that she had chosen to narrow of a nitch and I couldn't get merchandise because I didn't have a brick and mortar storefront, and we let the accounts go.

@Joshua Stratton  As others have already point out, no, you cannot be on his closing disclosure/settlement statement as any sort of fiduciary or transaction broker, but if he values your "off-line counsel", there is nothing stopping him from writing you (Joshua Stratton) a check, gifting you merchandise, or giving you anything of value for reasons other than that transaction.
