Why bother with mending a relationship that was never a relationship?

I don't see a point in trying to mend this as she's either ghostly concerned her landlord is stealing, or is trying to pull a fast one on us.I'm not sure if I'm overreacting, but how the heck could I move past this?

I had a choice to break the floor, cut open slab, dig a hole, make repair, mend the concrete and floor, all that is covered, or I could dig a tunnel from the outside to reach the repair area.

In fact, I highly re I mend that everyone dies just that.Show up looking clean and professional.  

And just FYI - last summer when much of the hospitality industry was gasping for air, I was running at 87-92% occupancy at my new guesthouse, with one guest comparing my hospitality to "kintsuji", the Japanese art form of mending broken pottery with gold.  

Hey Mendel,i was looking at Florida market and its very hard to find deals there, market is crazy and everything is sealing above asking...i know nyc market and still get deals, prices are up and properties are selling fast. there is place for you too. don't forget it takes time to close deals in nyc.
