I'm in the Reno Tahoe market as a CA transplant.

Being able to live rent reduced, net 0 or potentially cash flow positive is appealing to me so that I can focus on other things.

Am I able to have business deductions related to my real estate investment such mileage to visit my property which is 100+ miles from where I live, real estate conferences, real estate books, property management, etc?
