Valuable and soon to be life changing profitability Lessons learned?

I am currently working on bringing to life a houseboat community in New York.  

You and I both know, nothing is free in life.

I started this company because I want to be a source for people and be that stepping stone for people who want a better life.

This is usually due to sales cycles.

I poured my life saving into it and make it a duplex.

I am fairly new to the wholesaler life.

So, I went hunting.Huntsville, Alabama, caught my attention because it’s a highly educated city with growing industries and a stable, diverse economy, as well as a really high quality of life compared to the surrounding areas. 

If I pay it off, I could maximize cash flow earlier, reducing financial stress and allowing me to focus on other ventures or simply enjoy life more.On the other hand, I know some people advocate for keeping cheap debt and using the extra cash to invest elsewhere for potentially higher returns.Why I’m leaning toward paying it off:Security: No debt = peace of mind.Financial freedom earlier: A fully paid-off rental would give me a significant monthly cash flow?

This year, I’m committed to creating balance in my life, letting faith guide my decisions both personally and professionally.In my real estate journey, I combine my tech background with a passion for community-centered development.
