We are frequent users of the Rental Property Calculator and have found a few promising leads thus far but also know that is just the beginning of the process.

We are currently considering a 1-3% "Finders Fee" for any deals that lead to close based on the ARV of the property.

i am thinking in setting up an Air AI, for called calling leads and lead generation. was wondering if someone has been using it here and have any feedbacks? 

Selling it for more money than its worth to a borrower who cannot afford it will lead to you needing to foreclose in 3 years and deal with all those headaches and a trashed home. 

We’ll use these as visual aids in our presentations to investors, during dispo of fix and flips, and for our property managers to show prospective out-of-town tenant leads.
