Here in AZ you can look up the personal representative as they are appointed.

You need to get in touch with a lawyer as soon as you can and figure out how to cut off the tenant/landlord relationship.

They stated that they were not a lawyer so they couldn't comment on the legalities of my question and they still worked for the bank so they couldn't give me any more info without losing their job but assured me that I was on the right track, keeping asking these questions and don't stop until you find your answer. 

Also, a person in an LLC can't sue anyone, unless they are an attorney representing their LLC.

I stayed on their "a@@" for weeks and pulled the we are getting a lawyer card.

If the case was substantial, I would imaging your lawyer could subpoena the officers to have them testify to what they witnessed. 

I'm also an investor and have brokered many, many deals.  10% to 15% seems to be the right figure for my properties and for the clients I have represented.
