I'm a second year accounting student in Ottawa ON and I have been looking into sales on assignment as a way to real way to get into the felid of real estate.

The rental market is strong due to students and digital nomads.Managing a couple of tenants would not be too hard but managing a dozen, on the other hand, would be a nightmare.I am a bit torn.

These properties appeal to students and low-income renters, especially if traditional housing is limited.

College students or families?

Do you want to rent to college students when you are 30?

I know there is a lot that I'm going to need to learn, and ultimately it will come down to how much the student puts into it.  

I will be furnishing one side for now and leasing to a mid term rental until i get a property management company that will work the property or get it leased out to students What was the outcome?

So now I'm thinking flats or small houses in towns that would be attractive to multiple markets (potentially expats, tourists, students, locals).1. 

This targets family’s between homes, either because they just moved to the area; have a definitive time work contract; current house is being rebuilt/remodeled/repaired; students with “rich” parents; recent separated/divorced who needs space for children visits; Houston medical center stays; etc.  

I liked student rentals and I found that didn’t motivate him.
