Saying things like "breach of contact", always an unpleasant interaction with him for about the past 6 months, him fishing/hoping about if there are money troubles.

It's just a biproduct of basic human interaction.

As a college student landlord you may have interaction with parents & if they find you unprofessional that may raise red flags, but if you have your s**t together you can ease those concerns.I am a big fan of college rentals.

Are they professional in their interactions?

Tonight I'm going to look over my statements versus our interactions and finally make the call.
