If the answer is "yes" or "maybe", what then is the intellectual mindshare?

Intellectual Property about patents, but that takes a very long time.  

What I love about real estate is that it is intellectually challenging because you can never know it all; always more to learn!

They are intellectually stimulating and more importantly, make us feel better about an ultimately unknowable future ;)  But in the final analysis we cannot predict the actual outcome, much less its timing.

Good question for an intellectual property attorney.

Whether it be real property, personal property, intellectual property the business has the authority to hold such property.

Please be diligent to bring skill to the table, but I would be intellectually dishonest to imply that the market will demand you have experience before OPM is available.  

Like most investors, I'm at that crossover stage where I'm afraid I can't afford outside help yet because it seems too expensive, but I know intellectually that it will help me to grow quicker.
