All situations are specific to individuals.Our best wishes and empathy go out to those LA individuals and communities.It’s been about 6 years since one of our storage locations was flooded for about 4 months.  2 feet over the roof.  

Stats are not in your favor but forget the stats as it all depends on the individual's drive, effort and processes. 

I don't want to name the REIT we dislike, but if you want to talk more about this offline shoot me a DM.As far as investor profile, it really comes down to someone's individual circumstances and what they're trying to achieve. 

Cheaper and can be controlled individually.

So many intellegent and supportive individuals on here, you will get out what you put in.

I've looked into the one-stop shop tools, but none are quite as good as these individual tools yet in my opinion. 

Keep in mind the start is slow, you won't see these great strides at the beginning.

Of course your individual experience may vary and maybe you have a marketing and sales background so it is a good fit.

Also curious if people use an agency or an individual.
