I did request that she issue an apology on the pages she posted but she would not.  

Like most things in real estate, a lot depends on the circumstances of the individuals involved and not just the numbers and figures.I hope this helps explain my thoughts, and I apologize for the lack of clarity when I defined "arbitrage".

@Jerry Shen I apologize if this is a repeat of info or if it constitutes an "application" that you don't trust, but your thread prompted me to locate Propy.com, whose website says "Propy allows buyers, sellers, brokers, and escrow/title agents/notaries to come together through the utilization of a suite of smart contracts on blockchain to facilitate transactions."

The staff member later came and apologized (after I cooled down - his words) stating it was the part of his job he hated.
